In 1995 I bought my first home in San Diego - a single bedroom condominium. That was when I fell in love with and discovered the many joys of home ownership. Over the next eight years as a real estate consumer, I purchased land, built my own home, and also bought, remodeled and sold four other properties in two different states.

In April of 2003 my consumer perspective changed to professional when I received my California Real Estate License and joined the Maes and Bramy team at Prudential California Realty Del Mar. We offer you the benefit of my vast experiences as a homeowner and the strength and wisdom of over 50 years of combined real estate experience.
