Hello, my name is Craig and I'm a REALTOR® with Prudential Georgia Realty. I have been buying and selling real estate for my own personal use and as an investor since I was 20 years old.
Four years later I designed and oversaw the construction of a vacation home for myself, literally, from the ground up. From aquiring raw land, obtaining building permits, construction, development, inspections, setbacks and installation of underground utilities, I've been through it all before, so you won't have to make the same mistakes.
I've also bought, repaired, upgraded, remodeled and sold five other homes in three different states since that experience. With a solid background in construction materials from my years working at Home Depot and the vantage of both current local homeowner and landlord, I can offer you a unique perspective of both the fantastic benefits and occasional drawbacks of being a homeowner and/or landlord.
I became a state licensed REALTOR® in April 2003 at 28 and have been practicing full time since July 2004. With a constant desire to learn more about the world and my industry, I recently completed my Graduate REALTOR® Institute training and became a nationally recognized GRI®.
I choose to be a GRI® because they hold themselves to a higher level of service and integrity by abiding to a voluntary code of ethics and continuing education. I aim to consistently surpass their standards in my business and life everyday and love helping people achieve the dream of owning their own home.
An instrument rated pilot with over 250 hours logged and a PADI Divemaster, I am currently spending a majority of my free time with my wife decorating and organizing our new home in Conyers, GA. When I'm not helping my wife Parker, a Certified Interior Decorator and Stager®, with her company Plan B ReDesigns, I take all opportunities to play any position of ice hockey - especially in goal.
Married in August 2004, I always make time for her, our three loyal canine companions Sheena, Sadie, and Spike, and our two Russian Blue cats Smoke and Ash whenever possible. Along with my love of all topics real estate related, I also enjoy reading psychology and criminology texts in pursuit of my advanced degree and investigating any new technologies or concepts I can get my hands on or mind around.
An eager, outgoing, optimistic, and voracious student of life, I seek both useful and trivial knowledge from all sources, including my clients; some of whom have been my best teachers!
